Job Description:
Our client company is looking for someone to lead their development team. They have a fairly small team (6 going to 10) and they are looking for a strong technical architect who will lead them in a very hands-on way.
They want to find someone who has brought a product to market; who can help develop the product vision, create a strong architecture and then manage the programmers as they bring various pieces of the architecture to life.
They are looking for someone with lots of Web development experience ideally with background in one or more of: search, content management, social networking.
Their goal is to take their existing content management/content publishing tool and add social features to facilitate collaboration.
